Contacting Us

If there are any questions regarding this privacy policy, you may contact us using the information below.

How this website handles your information

• Booking requests and messages you submit on this website are delivered to our office email (info@nationaldispatch.com) by FormSubmit, a form delivery service.
• When you sign an order form, the completed form and your signature are saved to National Dispatch's private Google Sheet (hosted by Google) so our dispatch team can review it, and our office is notified by email. If that service is unavailable, the signed form is emailed to our office through FormSubmit instead.
• When we send you an order to sign, the email comes from our office account (info@nationaldispatch.com). If we use an email delivery service such as EmailJS to send it, that service handles your name and email address only to deliver the message.
• Order signing links carry your order details in the part of the link after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part of a link to our web host.
• Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
• This website stores a few small settings in your browser, such as whether you have already signed an order. It does not set advertising cookies.
